Refund Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Nami subscriptions. By starting a subscription you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and payment
On our website, you choose a monthly, three-month, or six-month plan. There is no free trial: payment is taken as soon as you confirm your purchase, and you get access to Nami Pro right away. The price and the billing period are shown to you before you confirm.
In the iOS or Android app, you are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play on the terms of the offer shown to you at the time of purchase. If that offer includes a free trial, the trial terms shown at purchase apply.
2. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the then-current price, until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
3. How to cancel
- Web purchases: write to [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription for you.
- Apple App Store purchases: cancel through your Apple subscription settings.
- Google Play purchases: cancel through your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, section 5 gives you a 14-day right to change your mind, and it takes precedence over this section.
Everywhere else, if you are unhappy with Nami, if you were charged in error, or if you meant to cancel and did not, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We review every request in good faith and will refund you where it is fair to do so. After 14 days, we generally do not refund a period that has already started, but you can still cancel to stop the next one.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' policies and must be requested directly from Apple or Google. We cannot issue them on your behalf.
5. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason and without penalty.
To withdraw, write to [email protected] within those 14 days — a clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough. You do not have to use any particular form of words. We will refund you in full, using the same payment method you paid with, within 14 days of receiving your request.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that your local consumer law does not allow us to limit.
